Guest Room-Before

Ah, the guest bedroom.  The single most neglected room in our house.  It has the mis match furniture, and the other pieces I don't know where else to put.  For lack of a better term, this room was becoming the junk room in our house.  This room, though it is rarely used, is in need of some serious TLC. 

This room has 3 doors, and 5 windows.

Complete with plaster trim all the way around the room. 

LOADS of sunlight from the giant windows.
A little toooo giant if you ask me. 

This color of green seemed so glamorous until
we brought our dark wood furniture in. 

Since this room gets a lot of sunlight,
it will be okay to use a darker color.

Last look at the guest room. 

Plans for this room: Paint the walls, not the trim, and add in some roman shades and curtain rods for the white curtains.
